Do you record your calls?

Yes, all calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes. If there are any issues with any of our leads, we use these voice files to validate them.

Our replacement policy is one of the most flexible policies among all lead generators in the market. Dynamix Leads offers a full replacement commitment to all our merchants for any lead where the contact details have been obviously fabricated; or where the name and contact details do not match; or where the customer is from overseas; or where there has been a duplication on our system. We will provide you a free replacement lead in any of these scenarios provided you contact us within 3 days of receiving the lead. All such requests need to be mailed to refunds@dynamixleads.co.uk

There is no accurate figure that we or for that matter, any lead generator will be able to provide for your ROI. This is because there a lot of reasons associated with a successful application conversion. The leads we deliver will be of those clients who are genuinely interested in your financial product and have gone through our intensive scrutiny. Two tips that we offer to all our merchants are - make contact with the client as soon as possible and do regular follow-ups to ensure engaged clients. We have a very strict policy of generating fresh, exclusive single-use leads for all our merchants. Our systems are designed to ensure that we deliver unique and exclusive leads at all times. There is a rare scenario of a lead not being exclusive - a client may sometimes register their details twice through one of our marketing channels or sources within a 90-day period (please rest assured we cover this in our replacement policy). Such clients are usually testing the market responses, and it is your opportunity to demonstrate the value that you can bring to the table.
